How TenderDog Will Handle Rewards: Funded Vault, Never Minting

No token payouts exist today. This is the principle-by-principle plan for any future prizes: capped, verified, audited and never minted.

Many crypto games promise rewards before they can deliver them safely. We would rather explain the rules first.

Where things stand

Today the Arcade has no token payouts. Levels, XP, skins, missions and holder perks all live inside the games and are stored in your browser. Poker uses practice chips with no value. Nothing here is a bet and nothing is guaranteed.

The constraints

Two facts shape every decision:

  1. $TENDOG cannot be minted. The mint authority is revoked, so we cannot print tokens as prizes even if we wanted to. Any prize must come from tokens that already exist.
  2. The market is small. A few thousand dollars of liquidity means that paying out on every game would keep pushing the price down.

The principles for future prizes

  • A funded vault. Prizes would be paid from a vault controlled by a program and loaded in advance with tokens the team already holds. When it is empty, it is empty.
  • Hard caps. A fixed amount per week, enforced by the contract rather than by promises.
  • Scarce and meaningful. Token prizes for the top of a weekly ranking; levels, achievements and skins for everything else.
  • Server-verified results. A score reported by your browser can always be faked, so nothing is paid on that alone. Games would be validated by the server, which signs a receipt the contract checks.
  • Verified wallets. Rankings need a proper wallet sign-in, so nobody can claim to be someone else.
  • No betting with $TENDOG. No poker stakes or coin-flips with real value without legal advice.
  • Devnet first, audit before mainnet. Every contract is tested on a test network and independently reviewed before it touches real tokens.

Why hold-to-play instead

The quickest, safest way to reward holders is what already exists: perks inside the games based on your balance. It costs nothing to pay out, cannot be drained, and it gives a reason to hold rather than to sell.
